Itineraries are correct at the time of publishing and may differ slightly to those featured in the brochure. Occasionally our itineraries change as we make improvements based on comments from past travellers and our own research or there are changes in the offerings from operators we use. If we are unable to utilise a product, service or activity detailed in our itinerary, a suitable alternative will be offered where possible. Itineraries may vary and/or attractions be substituted for any cause including seasonal conditions, weather extremes, natural disasters, Traditional Owner and national park requirements. All activities in individual itineraries are included unless otherwise stated as own expense.
All optional activities listed must be paid direct to the operator and are subject to seasonal conditions, operator availability and time constraints and are not guaranteed, eg: Beach drives available depending on ocean tidal levels.
Pricing is valid for travel commencing 01 April 2017 until 31 March 2018. Rates are quoted in AUD inclusive of GST and are correct at time of publication. No responsibility is accepted by Off Piste 4WD Tours for unforeseen omissions or misrepresentation by any third parties.
In accepting a tour booking Off Piste 4WD Tours agrees that the traveller's pre-payment will be held in trust until after travel services have been provided.
CHANGES TO BOOKINGS
In the event of a booking alteration (such as a name change or date change), Off-Piste Tours and our third party tour operators, reserve the right to charge a fee where applicable. Please note that Off-Piste Tours reserves the right to postpone or/and cancel any bookings in times of extreme weather, staff illness or a personal family matter. Off-Piste Tours will inform visitor(s) with as much lead time as possible so alternate arrangements can be made. Off-Piste Tours will not be responsible for personal travel plans, accommodation bookings, purchased flights or event tickets. At times, Off-Piste Tours will not immediately to respond to correspondence in the form of emails, voicemails and text messages due to being out of mobile phone and internet reception on multi-day tours. We kindly ask for your patience if you do not gain a reply within 24 to 48 hours as we maybe out of a telephony serviceable area.
CONDITIONS OF TRAVEL
Off Piste 4WD Tours reserves the right to alter the route or itinerary of any of its tours and arrange alternative carriers to those advertised if necessary. No refunds will be given in these circumstances or in the event of any delay, curtailment or alteration of a trip resulting from any cause including severe weather conditions or mechanical failure. Components of trips are weather dependent and Off Piste 4WD Tours cannot be held liable if trip components are not available on the day of travel. Off Piste 4WD Tours can not guarantee pick up or drop off times and is not liable for passenger failure to connect with other services or any associated costs resulting from such delays. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings or baggage. The Aboriginal components of Off Piste 4WD Tours are subject to cultural conditions. Participants may be absent due to cultural commitments with minimal prior notification and Off Piste 4WD Tours reserves the right to amend the itinerary in these circumstances with no obligation to refund.
Whilst we make every effort to safeguard our passengers, Off Piste 4WD Tours will not be liable for any damage, injury, or loss of any kind caused by or resulting from any act or omission by its employees, agents or contractors.

MINIMUM PASSENGER NUMBERS
Tours require a minimum number of 2 passengers to operate. Minimum passenger numbers differ between tours and operators and are subject to change at any time. In circumstances where minimum numbers are not reached an alternative may be offered or a smaller vehicle used. If a tour is cancelled due to minimum passenger numbers not being reached, passengers will be offered an alternate tour option or be provided with a full refund.
DIESEL FUEL LEVY
Off Piste 4WD Tours reserves the right to charge a fuel surcharge as a result of escalation in the price of crude oil.
Travel insurance in NOT included in the tour price. Off Piste 4WD Tours requires all passengers to hold travel insurance. Your Insurance protection must include cover for cancellation, medical and repatriation expenses, personal injury and accident, death and loss of personal baggage and money and personal liability insurance. Please note that during your trip there may be opportunities to take part in adventure activities or excursions, outside the itinerary as shown in the brochure. These do not form part of your contracted trip with Off Piste 4WD Tours and you should ensure your Travel Insurance covers your participation in these activities. Travel insurance is compulsory for all travellers except where prohibited by law. Australian nationals travelling in Australia are exempt from this policy although we do still highly recommend Travel Insurance.
PICK UP AND DROP OFF POINTS
All pick up and drop off locations and times published are an estimate only and are subject to change at short notice. Passengers will be advised of correct details at the time of reconfirmation.

The minimum age for share touring is 6 years. Families travelling with children under 6 are required to tour on a private charter basis and the tour will be tailored to suit your family’s specific interests. Children aged 6-15 years receive a discount on some tours, Children 16 years or older pay full adult fare.
- Children under 18 years of age are not permitted to travel unless accompanied by an adult.

- Depending on age, children on tour may be required to be seated in booster seats or other child safety accredited seating. At all times, Off Piste 4WD Tours reserves the right to not accept children on tours due to safety concerns.
FEES AND LEVIES
Fees and levies have been included in the total price and are payable at time of booking, eg:

- All credit cards payments incur a 2.9% charge
FITNESS AND PARTICIPATION
Our tours are active and most require a reasonable level of fitness. NOTE: Tours are graded 'Medium' on the fitness guide and are suitable for fit and active people. Tours are suitable for children complying to Off Piste 4WD Tours' child policy/age restrictions’ terms and conditions. If you have any doubts about the suitability of the tour for you or people you are travelling with please check with Off Piste 4WD Tours Customer Service as we reserve the right to assess suitability to participate at tour departure.
Off-Piste Tours emphasis is on fresh, locally sourced produce wherever possible and our meals are nutritious and varied. Off Piste 4WD Tours cater for vegetarian and gluten intolerance – please advise at time of booking.
Luggage is recommended to be kept to a minimum on tour due to space restrictions. Prior to tour, we advise storing excess luggage at hotel. Day packs are encouraged for easy access to camera, warm clothing, sun block, etc.
SMOKING AND DRINKING
Australian Government regulations prohibit smoking and the drinking of alcohol INSIDE all tourist vehicles in Australia (smoking and drinking should be limited to designated stops where legally permitted and culturally appropriate).
Off Piste 4WD Tours is not a common carrier and therefore can refuse to carry a person whose behaviour is detrimental to the enjoyment of the group. By travelling with Off-Piste Tours, you agree to accept the authority of the guide and accept their decisions. Staff are entitled to a safe working environment and all passengers to a great tour. Any threats to safety, being physical or verbal, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the trip. If any staff member of Off-Piste Tours requires a passenger to leave the trip no refunds will be given and that passenger will be responsible for their own travel costs and arrangements from that point. Off-Piste Tours is committed to keeping your details private. Off-Piste Tours will not under any circumstances release personal details to any third parties, except when there is a commercial agreement with a third party to provide our services to you or where required to do so by law. Personal data is strictly maintained and protected.

COMPLAINTS HANDLING POLICY AND PROCEDURES
Off-Piste Tours takes complaints seriously: They give us important information about how we can better our service to our customers. Off-Piste Tours will seek to resolve complaints in an efficient, fair and quick manner. Off-Piste Tours is committed to providing the highest standard of service possible. All complaints are treated as legitimate and will be investigated without prejudice.
If a complaint can't be resolved on the spot or within a very short time period, Off-Piste Tours will acknowledge it and try to resolve it quickly. In some cases where there are complicated facts or circumstances, or where third parties are involved, it might take some time to investigate the complaint.
All complainants have the right to be heard and the right to receive a response.
The appropriate acknowledgement and speedy handling of complaints is essential to the continuous improvement of Off-Piste Tours’ service.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. Failure to adhere to the payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking. A non-refundable charge of 2.9% applies on all credit card transactions.

Due to the extensive organisation involved with touring, a strict cancellation fee will be applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue. Once a booking is made the following cancellation fees will apply:
- Cancellations more than 7-days prior to departure incurs a 10% fee.
- Cancellations within 7-days of departure incurs a 50% fee.
- Cancellations less than 48-hours of departure or failure to show incurs a 100% fee.
If you fail to join a tour, join it after departure, or leave it prior to its completion, no refund can be made. The above cancellation fees are in addition to fees that may be levied by travel agents or third party tour and transport operator cancellation fees. It is necessary to reconfirm tours 24-hours prior to travel (Ph. 0423 725 409) – failure to do so may result in the booking being cancelled and fees charged.
Off-Piste Tours are priced in Australian Dollars and are subject to applicable Australian Taxes. We will quote pricing in other currencies at the time when final balance is due.

A morning refreshment stop with handmade local soft cheeses and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Lunch is provided on all tours (excluding half day 'Vale Adventure'). Please refer to individual tours for up-to-date lunch options at www.offpistetours.com.au/tours
NOT INCLUDED IN PRICE
Any accommodation, transport or meals prior to the start of the trip or after the completion; travel or cancellation insurance; airport transfers and applicable taxes. The only money participants require during the trip is for optional purchases, food or tips.
